Anne Rice's "Christ the Lord" Movie in the Works

Chris Columbus (Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone) is developing a new Jesus Chris movie, based on "Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt," a novel by Anne Rice (Interview with the Vampire). Cyrus Nowrasteh (The Stoning of Soraya M.) will direct from a screenplay he penned with Betsy Nowrasteh.

The story revolves around a seven-year-old Jesus, who departs Egypt with his family to return home to Nazareth and discovers the truth about his birth, who he is, and his purpose in life.

"This film has the potential to be a cinematic classic, a picture that will appeal to all ages, all around the world," said Columbus. "I am proud to be part of this incredible production."

First it's Arronofsky's Noah, and now this? I guess Hollywood's creativity IS dead.

So , some one is gonna take a stab in the dark on what happened to jesus ( the nice Israeli boy with the Spanish name ) between ages 7 and 27 cause apparently some one forgot to write it down, kind of like the bibles first books not being wrote until 40 years after his death. Worlds biggest con . Movie will do well plenty of sheeple out there to shell out $10 a ticket to see it over and over ....

I don't think the Jews will happy to see another movie about Jesus ! But I'm sure Lars Von Trier will quite enjoy this news...

LOL, I can just imagine Mary trying to tell him about how he was conceived. Does she go with the typical stork delivery story or does she actually tell him that an alien superbeing came from the heavens and knocked her up? Either way a few years down the line this emaculate conception bullsh*t is gonna wear pretty thin with this kid, and Mom's gonna have some explaining to do.
Cinemaisdead writes:

There was at least 3 historically noted people called Jesus in that time so are we gonna see the story from all three different perspectives?

It would stink to be Jesus...wouldn't be able to eat Skittles....they'd keep falling through the holes in your hand
Ranger writes:

Will it show Jesus getting boy-raped by the other kids in the school bathroom?

And is that his look when he's dressing up for a night at the Blue Oyster Men's Club licking c*m off toilet seats while taking it hard from multiple bears up the ass?

Just asking.

I kid. I'm sure he was a kewl dude, even for being a Jew. (HEAR THAT LARS you douche?!).
