Tom Hardy Performs "Break the Bat" Move in "The Dark Knight Rises" Set PhotoSubmit Comment
We already know that Batman (Christian Bale) will somehow be hurt in "The Dark Knight Rises," but how exactly is still unclear. Many believe that Bane (Tom Hardy) will perform his "Break the Bat" move that injures Batman's back, but that has yet to be confirmed.

Today we have a set photo of Hardy, dressed as Bane, posing for a photo as he demonstrates the brutal move on one of the crew members. Nobody should read too much into this, since the actor is probably just having some fun. Check out the photo below.

Christopher Nolan returns to direct "The Dark Knight Rises," which is set to hit theaters on July 20th, 2012.

If that bat-breaking scene truly appears in TDKR, no doubt it'll be total win but personally, I think He's actually practising ''break the balls'' move.

Tom Hardy is the sh*t. I watched Warrior last night, it's amazing to say the least. It blew The Fighter out of the water or whatever you call it!

Nolan probably leaked this picture to throw us off, since every-damn-body has been talking about this back-breaking move.

I will be sad since this is the last in the line for this series. Mainly cuz in about 5-6you years they will more then likely try to reboot it with some kind of peace of crap.

Just give me the movie already. Enough with the set photos and sh*t.

A broken bat back in a film directed by a man with a broken spirit. Ironic.

This is actually part of a new viral campaign. Kinda like the gears of war 3 should carmine die or not die charity campaign where fans voted on the outcome. This is the start of (Tom hardy's should I break this mans d*ck off) voting campaign. He will film a scene to play after the movies credits show the outcome of voting. Get voting people I want to see bane break a mans d*ck clean off in imax! And watch the guy stumble around trying to pick it up and put it on ice lol
