Tennis Champ Novak Djokovic Joins "The Expendables 2" Posted: November 30th, 2011 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
"The Expendables" sequel already has a cast comprised of Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Chuck Norris and Jean-Claude Van Damme. And now comes word that Novak Djokovic has been brought on as well. Djokovic is the world's No. 1 tennis player, who will make his acting debut with a cameo playing himself in "The Expendables 2." It's unclear how his cameo will tie into the plot, but he has already arrived in Bulgaria to begin filming. Djokovic, who won three of the four tennis Grand Slams this year, is as well known for showmanship as he is for his tennis skills. Earlier this year, he filmed a parody of tennis player Maria Sharapova's Head commercial, prompting the tennis equipment manufacturer to make a new commercial featuring both Djokovic as the Russian beauty and Sharapova herself. Below is a clip from the 2007 US Open, where Djokovic was asked to do a couple of impersonations of fellow tennis players.

I'm glad you told me who the guy is or else I would have had to add ignorance to my apathy.

He will use a racket and tennis ball to take out the enemies

this addition is gayer than that Hemsworth kid.
Guess he'll be providing the Expendables massages and blowjobs

But its a cameo, so it doesn't really affect the 'manliness level' of this movie.
So nothing to worry about guys.

... unless he dresses up like Arnie's maid.

"Earlier this year, he filmed a parody of tennis player Maria Sharapova's Head commercial..."
Earlier this year, he filmed a parody of tennis player Maria Sharapova giving head in a commercial.

Food for thought: in your attempts at manliness you guys seem to talk a lot about other guys balls. Moving along, I can't say I'm fired up for this movie just yet. Djokovic or not.

Him and Vijay Amritraj should be bashing the crap out of the bad guys on the back of a small cart

I know what he would do? Think of this as a correlation to the band Dinosaur Jr., and their song I feel the pain. That should give you an idea.

I like Novak. He's as talented as funny. He's also a close buddy of John McEnroe. It's a cameo for God sake. Relax !

WTF? What is a tennis player doing in a movie like this.
I hope Novak has a small role as a bad guy who gets beaten up by Stallone or Jason Statham.
It's doesn't matter, at least his cameo is funny and great.

So...if he crosses the line with sly and is at fault....is it a one c*mshot penalty or two? Aha.....see what I did there.....f*cking tennis ;)
