Occupy Wall Street Protests to Appear in "The Dark Knight Rises"Submit Comment
Christopher Nolan has been shooting "The Dark Knight Rises" in Los Angeles in recent weeks, but is now moving to New York and may be looking to get the Occupy Wall Street protesters involved.

Production will officially move to NY on October 29th for 14 days. And while the plan is to shoot scenes with the Occupy Wall Street crowds, their movement will not be worked into the storyline. They will be used more as a backdrop.

The New York casting call says that characters will inhabit "a city besieged by crime and corruption." According to signed held up by the protesters that can definitely see how New York is full of corruption.

As a corporate greed myself, I found out that comforting. All the protesters turn out to be just a play acting.

Got to laugh, crowd gathers to protest against capitalism then get used in a movie that will make (hopefully) over a billion dollars.

Do you think their liberal leftist attitudes will be there when Nolan says "guys, I want to use you in the new Batman movie" course not, stupid f*ckers.

Warner Brothers is cleaning up with Occupy Wall Street. The group Anonymous are using Guy Fawkes masks to identify themselves, which were licensed by Warner Brothers for the movie V for Vendetta and now Christopher Nolan is using the mob to save on hiring extras to play the background during filming.

Pretty f*cking smart move on both counts, WB.
