More Details About New "Incredible Hulk" TV SeriesSubmit Comment
We recently heard from Marvel head Kevin Feige that the upcoming "Incredible Hulk" TV series will focus on the early days of Bruce Banner, years before the character gets involved with The Avengers. Now, in interview with head of Marvel TV Jeph Loeb, IGN was able to get a few more details about the new ABC show.

Loeb revealed that the Hulk that many fans recently got to see in "The Avengers" trailer is the Hulk that will appear in the TV show. This means that Marvel will have to push the limits of CGI technology to develop the series on a budget. One way the company will save money is by recycling the Hulk from "The Avengers" for the TV show.

The story will focus on the relationship between Bruce and Betty Ross at the very beginning of the Hulk's existence. Ruffalo will not be playing Bruce; a much younger actor will be cast.

Recycling? Good luck with that! CGI is always costly (well at least, at this time), just look at Terra Nova. The CGI is as lame as sh*t yet the show still bleeding money.

I have no interest in this. This will go the Charlies Angels route. Canceled 4 episodes in.

There's been six james bonds and a million Dr who's as long as the story's good and the effects i am not two bothered who plays banner the problem is when you play the hulk as an actor your only on screen half the time not like thor or captain america in a suit. these guys have massive egos and dont like been up staged by cgi thats why they dont hang around after one film. the thought of playing the hulk sounds good but in reality you aint doing much acting and probably getting paid less than other actors. I'm sure this would last too.

If they want to save money my advice will be to kill this motherf*cker with a rusty shovel before it sees the light of day.

@sleepinshane

Are you a sleep?

Doctor Who regenerates...and that was only done because the first actor to ever play him was not able to carry on or did not want too.

So that is why multiple actors can play Doctor Who.

As for James Bond, it is a secret agents name. He/she gets promoted into that position and from then on that is their name, we never learn what their real names are because they are secret agents. Just like "M" is the intial of the persons' fist name.

On subject.

Scrap the entire plan, this sounds too sh*tty.

I'd watch if The Hulk and Betty Ross 'did the deed' every week.
