Karl Urban to Return for "Riddick"Posted: September 23rd, 2011 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
|
Vin Diesel has been showing some concept art from the third "Chronicles of Riddick" movie, called "Riddick." And now that director David Twohy is ready to begin shooting, he is busy casting the film, which has been confirmed to be R-rated.
Bloody-Disgusting has learned that Karl Urban has accepted the offer to reprise his role of Vaako, one of Lord Marshal's commanders. His character is married to Dame Vaako (Thandie Newton).
Plot: Betrayed by his own kind and left for dead on a desolate planet, Riddick (Diesel) fights for survival against alien predators and becomes more powerful and dangerous than ever before. Soon bounty hunters from throughout the galaxy descend on Riddick only to find themselves pawns in his greater scheme for revenge. With his enemies right where he wants them, Riddick unleashes a vicious attack of vengeance before returning to his home planet of Furya to save it from destruction.

Great news. They need to make that movie ASAP, before Diesel changing his mind.

Great news.
I am happy that Ridd*ck 3 is R rated and also the plot seems great.
Karl Ubran returning for Ridd*ck 3 is a great way to show
continuity in the movie.
Let's hope Ridd*ck is way better than the second one and is great as the first one.

So his own people put him on a planet to die, then random bounty hunters come after him, then he uses them to seek revenge on his own people, followed by saving their planet? Wtf? Really?
