Today we have the trailer for "Margin Call," about the 2008 financial crisis and starring Kevin Spacey, Zachary Quinto, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Irons, Stanley Tucci, and Demi Moore. Check it out below.

Plot: Set in the high-stakes world of the financial industry, "Margin Call" is a thriller entangling the key players at an investment firm during one perilous 24-hour period in the early stages of the 2008 financial crisis. When entry-level analyst Peter Sullivan (Quinto) unlocks information that could prove to be the downfall of the firm, a roller-coaster ride ensues as decisions both financial and moral catapult the lives of all involved to the brink of disaster.

The new movie is directed by JC Chandor and has already premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. It is now set to hit theaters on October 21st, in limited release.

This actually looks really good. An all-star cast that is beyond amazing, a very interesting plot and a very intriguing premise. Could be potential Oscar material.

Gotta love it how Jeremy Irons says "so that we... may... SURVIVE!" at 1:26.

Anything with Kevin Spacey means I'm automatically watching this. American Beauty was one of the greatest movies I've ever seen.

I'll see it b/c Irons is in it.

The Filmmaker

One of my all time favorite dramatic movies is a Spacey film Glengarry Glen Ross.

He was more a co-star in that movie,But what a cast everyone from Jack Lemmon (in one of his best ever performances IMO)to the steak knives speech from Alec Baldwin were brilliant everybody working at the top of their game.

A very underrated movie

Is it just me, so does anyone else feel absolutely no catharsis at the prospect of this movie? No. What I want is the REAL pieces of sh*t responsible for the meltdown, trotted out to the firing range and put down like so many sick animals.

Looks good!!!! And I usually donīt analyze or follows a movie cause a trailer. But this one has potential that shows us a terrible situation about 3 years ago but still continue today.....

The trailer seems to imply that 1 company is responsible for the economic crisis, LMAO! (Well, maybe if you count the NWO as a "company".) Also, Nick Griffin (leader of a non-NWO-controlled party, the BNP) not only warned people about it before it happened but also gave a fairly detailed explanation of how it was going to happen. So the old "Nobody could have seen it coming!" line is total bullsh*t.
