Video: "South Park" Makes Fun of "Zookeeper" and "Mr. PopperSubmit Comment
On last night's "South Park" episode, Stan turned 10-years-old and now things that he found entertaining seem very sh*tty to him. And at the same time, things that he considered sh*tty are suddenly entertaining.

A doctor demonstrated this by showing him a poster for Kevin James "Zookeeper" and a photo of a turd being reheated in a microwave. Stan couldn't see a difference between the two, both looked like turds in microwaves.

Things got worse, however, when the gang headed to the theaters to see "X-Men: First Class." During the previews for Adam Sandler's "Jack and Jill" and Jim Carrey's "Mr. Popper's Penguins," all Stan could see was sh*t, making it difficult for him to enjoy something that he found entertaining just days before.

Watch a clip from the episode below.

I haven't seen this yet so I'll wait till the whole thing is online. The Human Centipad was a good start to the season though.

Making fun of an ancient, unfunny film and a fresh, unfunny film really isn't cutting edge, South Park.

What is it with this show and sh*t? You know Tom Six is a fan.

This was a pretty shocking episode actually for its bleak ending. I recommend checking it out.

South Park just wasn't funny this. And then how do Matt Stone and Trey Parker respond to criticism? They make fun the audience by calling them out via Kyle talking to Stan for "being cynical *ssholes because you can't enjoy things you liked anymore"

That's a real constructive and mature way to deal with criticism. I used to love South Park but this season was very weak and deserves all the criticism it has received. Stone and Parker either need to get thicker skin (you'd think for two guys that dish so much trash out, they could take some criticism themselves), work to improve the show, or just go out before they trash the show's legacy.

this episode isnt really all about sh*t jokes. the meaning o all the sh*t jokes is revealed at the end. for any southpark fan, this episode was a smashing success

I think people are misunderstanding this episode, I think they are making fun of themselves as much as making fun of their critics. The Marsh's conversation about the same old shi% is about South Park, to me this is a possible build up to an end to South Park. They themselves know that they can't continue to come up with new material. You're getting old is a direct comment about themselves, this is why South Park is so great, they can make fun of everyone including themselves.

Yeah I definitely interpreted as them saying that they're the Marshes in most aspects. They're cynical in the view of the world (they insult everything) and they repeat themselves incessantly and are just tired of it. I think they want to move on and I respect them for it.

But this show has never failed to make me laugh.

Yep, it is the begining of the end, can't see South Park doing a 16th season.

Been a good run by them too, some good episodes, some great and not so great but they were not afraid to handle issues head on.

If they end it will be alright, I can watch re-runs and still die from laughter, unlike family guy where I can't stand watching re-runs.
