Havok is still Alex Summers in this movie. He's the older brother of Cyclops in this version, but don't worry... If the plot goes the way I think it will, Havok will still end up being younger than Cyclops in X4.
There is a method to Vaughn's madness here. Everything people are pointing to as continuity errors are actually the exact opposite: they are continuity fixers.
