Chris Morgan Hired to Write "Fast and Furious 6"

Chris Morgan Hired to Write "Fast and Furious 6"Submit Comment
Writer Chris Morgan (Wanted, Fast Five) just signed a two-year first-look production deal with Universal Pictures, which means that he will begin work on the sixth "Fast and Furious" film, Keanu Reeves' "47 Ronin" and a new "Terminator" film.

"I don't want to be the guy who gets a vanity production deal and does nothing," said Morgan. "I want to be the guy who goes out there and busts my ass and fixes broken stories and finds material to bring back -- quite frankly, as a reward to the studio that has worked with me for so long. We have a very effective partnership, and we want to get some big movies off the ground."

Morgan is in the process of assembling his production team and is already thinking of the movies he wants to tackle. "I grew up on 'Raiders,' 'Lethal Weapon,' 'Die Hard,'" he said. "Those are in my wheel house. Those are the movies I want to find, I want to help make. They're genre movies but heroic ones, ones that have a hyper-real sense to them. Summer movies."

f*ck these movies the only decent one was the third one with that Redneck kid from Alabama.
It took place in Japan.

He also played a Texan marine in Jarhead

Diesel is just as bad as the rock, walker, and tyerese I bet you this makes more money than the xpendables sequel

Make it about Paul and Vin stuck in a building with terrorists and the only way they can move around is in some ridiculously modified car.

And make Sly and the Expendables the bad guys after them.

Hopefully, this movie shouldn't last past the 10min mark.

I wonder if we can file a protest with the United Nations for these movies as a "crime against humanity" ?

I think there's anew trend in Hollywodod these days. It's called counting the chicks before the eggs hatched.

Terminator 5 will suck so much balls. Bale wont bother returning. There was such a lack of interest when they auctioned the rights didnt some hobo win them for like 20 cents and a used pair of Lohans underwear? Then the guy who got the underwear died of Super AIDs a week later.
