NBC and producers of "The Office" are getting ready for the one-hour finale of the pivotal seventh season, which will be the last for Steve Carell. Entertainment Weekly has learned that several major stars are being lined up.
After doing a hilarious cameo recently, Ricky Gervais is set to make a second appearance. And in addition to other notable guest stars, Will Arnett is also locked in for the finale, which will air on May 19th. No word what roles Gervais and Arnett will play, but it's unlikely that they will step in to replace Carell. Arnett, however, was recommended by Gervais to be a regular on the show.
"The Office" is also returning after a few weeks of hiatus this Thursday with a major Michael Scott-centered episode titled "Garage Sale." The set-up is that Dunder Mifflin will have a garage sale in the warehouse.

f*ck. I really wish this show was ending this season. It's the perfect was to end the series. Have Michael leave and raise a different family, leaving his work "family" behind.
And it sucks to know that NBC plan on sucking out everything of it's only 2 perfect comedies it has: Parks and Rec, and Community.
If only certain companies could learn from others. I just got news that Eastbound and Down is ending after this third season. And i bet HBO won't be like money grabbing bitches and actually allow them to finish.
