David Slade (30 Days of Night, Hard Candy) will be directing 20th Century Fox's upcoming "Daredevil" follow-up, which is said to pick up after the events in the 2003 film, but will not star Ben Affleck.
Rumors began circulating that Slade has had talks with his "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" star Robert Pattinson to play the lead in "Daredevil 2."
Now, in an interview with MTV News, Pattinson commented on the rumor. "No, I don't know where that came from at all," said the actor, who didn't even know that there was another "Daredevil" movie in the works.
The other two actors currently rumored for the role are Garrett Hedlund (Tron Legacy) and Bradley Cooper (The Hangover).

Maybe they deserve one another.
There's only one thing I liked from the first Daredevil movie and that was Kingpin. The actor just had the right body type to play that role.
