Ron Moore ("Battlestar Galactica") previously wrote the script for "Magic Kingdom," a feature film based on Disney's theme park. But then "Iron Man" director Jon Favreau came on board, causing the studio to rethink the ideas in the original script.
Now comes word that "Spider-Man 2" writer Michael Chabon is in talks to write a new version of the story. Chabon and Favreau have already discussed the project, but an offer has yet to be made.
"Magic Kingdom" will be similar in tone to "Night at the Museum" and will likely include something about the other parks, the many rides and the company's iconic characters.

I guess. They made several Disney/Squaresoft video games that were good, so just make those into a movie.
