"Survivor" Star Richard Hatch is Going Back to Prison

"Survivor" Star Richard Hatch is Going Back to PrisonSubmit Comment
Anyone who watched "Celebrity Apprentice" last Sunday, was probably disgusted by the behavior of Richard Hatch. But now comes word that he has been ordered back to prison to serve a nine-month sentence for failing to pay taxes on the $1 million that he won on the first season of "Survivor" and other income.

Hatch has already served more than three years in prison for tax evasion. Upon release in 2009, he was told to re-file his 2000 and 2001 taxes and pay what he owed, but he never did.

A US District Court Judge gave Hatch a sentence that's three months longer than the six months recommended by prosecutors, mostly because the reality TV star showed no remorse. Hatch also has to serve 26 months of supervised release and will have 25% of his gross income garnished and paid to the IRS. The total amount owed to the government is estimated to be around $2 million.

Regarding "Celebrity Apprentice," the entire show has already been shot except for the final episode. And judging by how Hatch performed in the first episode, it's hard to believe that he made it all the way to the end.

Here's hoping he gets gang raped in the shower by short Filipino men who all look like David Cassidy.

"Fifteen shivs to the back and an ass full of c*m, Rich."

At least not yet. But when he cellmate is having Richard play "Hide the Sausage" and spreadig his ass cheeks wide so his boyfriend can pound his pud in Rich's ass, you may see a new side of ol' Hatch.

"income tax is illegal so hes done nothing wrong, let him go"

It is illegal if you pass a law making it legal, like they did back in 1913, IIRC, establishing the national income tax amendment (numero sixteeno) to the constitution.

Probably one of the greatest failures of the American founders was omitting stringent guidelines for amending the constitution, as many of them were expressly against the idea the government taxing the people in order to accrue power.

"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."

^^A power grab, pure and simple, and you can blame progressive Repblicans for that one. Not that Democrats were against the idea.

He was such a lier on Celebrity Apprentice, I really wanted to see Conseco punch him in the face. He treated David Cassidy horribly and I think Hatch deserves what he gets, he is just an overall bad person. I knew Trump would fire Cassidy and not Hatch because Hatch is more dramatic and the Conseco vs Hatch battle is better for tv ratings.

This might be the only reality show where Hatch will hope he doesn't drop the soap.

Ever.
