"Quarantine" Sequel Trailer

Posted: March 10th, 2011 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
"Quarantine" Sequel TrailerSubmit Comment
The Blu-ray version of Dwayne Johnson's "Faster" contains the trailer for "Quarantine 2: Terminal." We now have that trailer here for you, unfortunately the only way someone could get it online is by recording it off their TV.

The new sequel is written and directed by John Pogue ("US Marshals" writer), and stars Mercedes Masohn, Josh Cooke, and Bre Blair. It will head straight to DVD/Blu-ray later this year.

Plot: The story starts right after the events of the previous film at LAX, as passengers board a flight to Nashville. When a passenger becomes violently ill with a mysterious rabies-like virus, the plane makes an emergency landing at a large metropolitan airport. Jenny (Masohn), a heroic yet inexperienced flight attendant, takes charge of the safety of her passengers.

Relieved when a swarm of heavily equipped emergency vehicles, police units and the CDC arrive, Jenny and the passengers soon discover that they have been quarantined and are now trapped. Desperate to escape, Jenny enlists the help of one of the surviving passengers, a kindergarten teacher, Henry (Cooke), to devise a plan to survive.

Looks just awful. The sequel to the Spanish original at least made sense. Granted, I haven't seen Quarantine, so maybe this make sense in this canon. But still...

Not interested in this at all.

Wow, this looks epically terible. The first 'Quanrantine' wasn't too bad, but cutting the shaky cam away is really taking the piss out of the whole point of the films.

Quarantine as in REC 2 right? To be fair REC 2 was no where near as good as 1 as it suddenly decided to go down the religous route where a priest with a cross could stop the zombies in there tracks. It ruined the tense vibe from the first film where it felt like any thing could happen, so this idea may be a better one. But I've never seen Quarantine and dont intend to... why would i want to watch Deb Morgan screaming any more i had enough of that in Dexter season 1.

I'm so angry at hollywood for taking good films eating them up and reproducing them as turds.

FIrst make a carbon copy of the orignal....WHY?
Second make your own sequel that doesnt use any of the style that made the original so good....WHY?

Ugh, I saw this on the Blu Ray of Faster and it just added to a disappointing night. Reminded me of how they butchered the amazing original. And continuing making a joke of themselves with this crap.

Is THAT hard to read some subtitles? I mean they could just rent or buy REC and REC2 and have a great time with top quality films. Anyway enjoy your crappy remakes.

Is that Cameron Diaz without make-up in that picture?

"The Blu-ray version of Dwayne Johnson's "Faster" contains the trailer for "Quarantine 2: Terminal.""

Well, damn, lemme run out for the BluRay, right, because not only do I have to have Faster on BD, I have to have the trailer for the Quarantine sequel on BluRay as well.

"We now have that trailer here for you, unfortunately the only way someone could get it online is by recording it off their TV."

Um, thats not true. You can rip BD if you have the BluRay drive...f*cking amateurs.

"The story starts right after the events of the previous film at LAX, as passengers board a flight to Nashville."

Oh, yeah, great way to start a film: en route to Nashville, America's backyard bathroom.

"When a passenger becomes violently ill with a mysterious rabies-like virus"

See, that's what happens when you eat the in-flight peanuts.

"the plane makes an emergency landing at a large metropolitan airport"

Chicago. Just say Chicago, because there's hardly a large metro airport between LAX and Rashville. Unless you consider Denver, Oklahoma City and Little Rock anything more than pimples on the skin of the nation.

"a heroic yet inexperienced flight attendant, takes charge of the safety of her passengers."

Right. The lady hired for her looks and fake Crest-white smile is going to save the day, while learning how to operate the airplane's Cuisanart microwave. With all the realism about, hopefully she'll finish the film with the line "get off my plane!".

"Relieved when a swarm of heavily equipped emergency vehicles, police units and the CDC arrive,"

Because nothing says relief like military quarantine.

"Jenny and the passengers soon discover that they have been quarantined and are now trapped."

Duh, you stupid bitch.

"Desperate to escape,"

Because everyone's loves hanging hanging with slow, painful death.

"Jenny enlists the help of one of the surviving passengers, a kindergarten teacher, Henry (Cooke), to devise a plan to survive."

Oh man, you know they're going to make it now. They've got the Kingergarten Teacher. No, not the Kindergarten Cop, just the teacher, trained in various survival methods, like making kids nap on plastic mats and washing up f*cking construction paste.
