Leonardo DiCaprio Was on Delta Flight that Made Emergency Landing

Leonardo DiCaprio Was on Delta Flight that Made Emergency LandingSubmit Comment
On Sunday afternoon, a plane took off from JFK airport heading to Moscow but was forced to return to the airport for an emergency landing after reports that the plane was on fire and was experiencing engine problems.

The Boeing 767, carrying 193 passengers and 11 crew members, circled the airport for two hours while it dumped much of its fuel. After arriving back at the airport, the plane was met by over 100 firefighters and rescue personnel, but authorities determined that there was no fire.

Now comes word that Leonardo DiCaprio was on that flight. "En route to attend the Tiger Summit in St. Petersburg, Leonardo DiCaprio was one of the passengers aboard Delta Flight 30," his rep told THR. "He wishes to commend the actions of the pilot and flight crew in bringing the plane to a safe landing."

After landing safely, DiCaprio was seen signing autographs for some of the passengers and members of the crew. An investigation is currently going on to determine what caused the ending problems.

Big f*cking deal. I just took a dump, and passed part of my spleen into the bowl.

"He wishes to commend the actions of the pilot and flight crew in bringing the plane to a safe landing."

I'm sure they felt relieved that di Caprio took time from his hectic life as a famous actor to pass a favorable judgment on the crew.

"An investigation is currently going on to determine what caused the ending problems."

The plane's engines were probably still contemplating Inception's ending, trying to determine if the f*cking top stopped or not.

Maybe they were trying to do the "kick" to bring Leo back from his Inception sleep...

So... onto WHAT did they dump all that fuel?!?!

And I agree with Nihilistic... this story would be worth a lot more reporting IF Leo actually saved the day somehow. I like the guy, but Leo... drop your bag of nuts and grab the stick next time!

... let me re-phrase.
