"[Rec] 3" and "[Rec] 4" Posters and Synopsis

"[Rec] 3" and "[Rec] 4" Posters and SynopsisSubmit Comment
Over the American Film Market, directed Paco Plaza is attempting to sell his last two "[Rec]" installments, revealing teaser posters and a hint at where the franchise is going.

Synopsis: The original REC crew are back, ready to submit their ensemble cast to another fight for survival against the zombie infection. This time to the backdrop of an original soundtrack. The new chapter will see the film "open up" by using a more traditional cinematographic style. However, the film’s roots have not been forgotten, and viewers will still be immersed in the action watching certain events unfold through the eye of the video camera.

The action in "[Rec] 3: Genesis" encompasses the events of the first two films and after the sense of claustrophobia previously experienced. The action now takes place miles away from the original location and partly in broad daylight, giving the film an entirely fresh yet disturbing new reality. The infection has left the building. In a clever twist that draws together the plots of the first two movies, this third part of the saga also works as a decoder to uncover information hidden in the first two films and leaves the door open for the final installment in the future, "[Rec] 4: Apocalypse."

hey I don't say no to sequals or prequals just to see how they turn out. It could be great or it could be rubbish. If it's rubbish then i'll treat it like Indiana Jones indiana jones kingdom of the crystal skull (terrible long title)and pretend it doesn't exist.

Is there any genre rehashed more than the zombie premise?

First one was a masterpiece. Second was a decent follow up, fun and with good moments. I have hopes with these ones.

First one was the best horror film of the decade highlighting the fact that america aint got sh*t on europe with films, number 2 got religious the worst thing a movie could do. f*ck religion, the human should be evolving past this now...

I love both REC films got really good suspense watch them in the dark and on your own for a good fright, a nice little horror franchise could be good for these

Hey, I don't say nay to sequels or prequels ... Just to see how they turn out. It could be great or it could be rubbish. If it's rubbish, then i'll treat it like Indiana Jones and The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull (a terribly long title) and pretend it doesn't exist.

@Guy Bush With Wood :

Just think of it as the Matrix. Depends on what pill you've taken.

So [Rec] has become the "Resident Evil" spanish version.

A good movie, though.
