Charlie Sheen to Join "The Expendables" Sequel?

Charlie Sheen to Join "The Expendables" Sequel?Submit Comment
"The Expendables" grossed over $255 million in worldwide ticket sales, which got Sylvester Stallone to quickly kill the fifth "Rambo" movie in order to focus on "The Expendables" sequel.

Now comes word that Stallone has met with Charlie Sheen to have the actor join the cast to play "a washed-up but useful CIA type" who will be chasing Bruce Willis, the villain in the movie.

Sheen previously spoofed Stallone's "Rambo" movies in "Hot Shots," but is now struggling to score any serious movie roles. He's apparently returning for "Major League 4" and would love to have the media talk about something other than his recent divorce and hotel meltdown.

But don't feel sorry for Sheen, the actor will earn $100 million during the next two seasons of "Two and a Half Men."

Meanwhile, "The Expendables" Blu-ray/DVD combo pack will hit stores on November 23rd.

Charlie Sheen, action movie star? Could work. Bring a woman to the set, give him a bottle and just keep the cameras rolling.

Washed up but useful CIA type? the sentence is a paradox no one in the cia is useful.

Expendables- OAPs with guns, it's a remake of Hot Fuzz...

If anyone knows about being close to the "washed up" section of a career, it's Charlie Sheen.

They better warn the hotel they all are going to rent out for the wrap party. So they can take all the expensive items out of his bedroom.

Charlie Sheen in The Expendables ? Wow, Sly must be wanting to throw good money into a lit fireplace, metaphorically speaking.

The only action movies Charlie Sheen were in that were even somewhat watchable were Navy Seals and The Rookie. And it wasn't because of him.

^ Be sure to bring a dead hooker to his room, Sly. You know, ... for company.

Hey, WP! Cut the motherf*cking BING search crap off!!!!

Now this is a good thread be sure to expect some nice hookers and Blow Sheen likes to party hard.

Is about time he's in a movie after seeing him in the arrival, beyond the law and scary movie

You want Charlie Sheen to get serious? Just give him the booze and stole his US$100K watch. That'll make him serious enough.

Hell yeah, the return of Topper Harley!!!
Bunny X writes:

As much of an ass Sheen is, apparently he's figured out the formula. He gets to marry women, have kids, sleep with hookers and porn stars, not lose anything in divorce settlements, and still manages to not only keep a TV sitcom job but get paid ridiculous amounts of money for it.
I truly cannot knock the guy for that.

@Bunny- well said. I like your style
johnny_boy writes:

Whatever he does, I hope there's no scene with him and Terry Crews in a restaurant together. Sheen may get the feeling of de ja vu(however it's spelled) and shout out the N word

wonderBOY is correct. It was 'Part Deux' we say the Rambo spoof from Sheen. Hot Shots spoofed TopGun.

@Bunny - you hit the nail on the head (as usual).

I'm a fan of 2.5 Men. I found it during the writer's strike and they were running it about 12 hours a day... so there wasn't much else to watch. Friends of mine insist I'm Charlie Harper. I insist he's me! lol.

Sheen would be good for this.

JCVanDouche... keep crying!

I really, REALLY want to see Mel in this sequel!!!
Ranger writes:

Stallone and Sheen have been business partners in the past.

re: Planet Hollywood - Arnie, Willis and Sly... and Chuck was a minor shareholder.

why not get Mel Gibson for this role instead? seriously
Ranger writes:

Mel packin' a .30 cal... message to the terrorists:

'Why don't you just smile... AND BLOOOOOWWWWW ME!!!!!' --- and he starts blasting away.

Instant classic cinema!

Not an action film per se but he was in Platoon. And one of Ronnie Regan's favorites Red Dawn.

Hey i'm happy about this. I know his had a lot of bad press lately like mel, but i like charlie. Love two and half men and have always been a fan of most of his movies. Would love to see mel gibson get in on this one as well, just for a cameo. I'm sure sly wouldn't care about mels bad press lately and wouldn't bitch like gayf*ckus. Get danny glover and him on a cameo, would be awesome just to hear em both say, ah were too old for this sh*t!
trailertrash writes:

Gibson and Glover would be Awesome , If anyone can make that happen sly can..

Glad they are going with Willis as the bad guy as well.
