"The Simpsons" parodies just about everything, especially whatever is popular at the time. On Sunday's episode, the story included Lisa trying to prove to Nelson that education is important, but every billionaire she runs into hasn't graduated from college, including Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
Also in the episode, the "Itchy and Scratchy" show recreated the touching opening scene from Pixar's "Up," before concluding it in the usual violent way.
Check out the "Up" clip below, but since it's a Hulu video there's a good chance that not everyone will be able to see it. Sorry.
I enjoyed this parody. because I hated Up. I think the Simpsons got it right with the title P.U. and as far as the quality of the Simpsons, I would watch anything they put out over anything Mcfarlane has been putting out. his shows are effing terrible. The Simpsons least funny episode is still more funny, and relevant than any of the mcfarlane shows

Family Guy smart?! you gotta be f*cking kidding me! agreed old Simpsons are better but come on! Family Guy is sh*t, they have to resort to little f*cking jokes that are so over rated. for once i like to see them with just one story line where they don't have a small piece of sh*t joke. hell South Park got it right, they can't make fun of Simpsons but they sure can make fun of Family Guy. so it goes like this The Simpsons, South Park, and Futurama now those shows are actually good!

the simpsons are being written by people who used to watch the show when it was funny and didn't get the jokes
