Olivia Wilde is Justin Timberlake's Mother in Sci-Fi Thriller

Posted: October 2nd, 2010 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
Olivia Wilde is Justin TimberlakeSubmit Comment
Olivia Wilde (Tron Legacy) will re-team with her "Alpha Dog" co-stars Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried in a new thriller from director Andrew Niccol (Lord of War, Gattaca).

The untitled movie is set in a society where aging stops at 25 and people must pay to buy more time to live. The rich are immortal, while the rest struggle to stay alive. When a rebel from the ghetto named Will (Timberlake) is falsely accused of murdering a wealthy man for his time, he's forced to go on the run with a beautiful hostage (Seyfried). The duo unite in a battle against the system as they struggle to stay alive.

Wilde will play Timberlake's mother despite being 3 years younger than him in real life. The 31-year-old "Mad Men" star Vincent Kartheiser recently joined the cast as Seyfried's powerful father. Cillian Murphy co-stars as a ruthless law enforcement officer tracking the protagonists, and Collins Pennie will play his right-hand man.

So it's like Logan's Run then?

I don't think Timberlake is a terrible actor, but so far he has only had small parts. Don't think he can pull off action-hero.

Olivia Wilde is Justin Timberlake's Mother in Sci-Fi Thriller ... imbreeding and Oedipus Complex soon to follow.

Wilde will play Timberlake's mother despite being 3 years younger than him in real life.

Hence, Hollywood logic will solve this pretty easy. Like when Nick Naylor and that producer create the whatchamacallit to solve the problem of possible explosions in space from smoking cigarettes.

Oh, yeah. It'll be credible * eyes roll *

Agreed he was a great actor is Southland Tales... but was fantastic in The Social Network... both supporting roles though... so I'm on the fence to see if he can carry his own weight as a lead role in an action movie none the less..

Also known as Ralph Macchio's world. Seriously, I hope he's giving scientists blood and tissue samples so they can work on some kind of elixir for the rest of us! He's almost 49 people, FORTY NINE!!!:
