The one film we have yet to see at the Toronto Film Festival is Ryan Reynolds' "Buried" thriller, but we plan on doing so on Tuesday evening. Lionsgate is already promoting the film by releasing a TV spot that features some new details from the movie. Check it out below.

Plot: Paul Conroy (Reynolds) is not ready to die. But when he wakes up 6 feet underground with no idea of who put him there or why, life for the truck driver and family man instantly becomes a hellish struggle for survival. Buried with only a cell phone and a lighter, his contact with the outside world and ability to piece together clues that could help him discover his location are maddeningly limited. Poor reception, a rapidly draining battery, and a dwindling oxygen supply become his worst enemies in a tightly confined race against timeó fighting panic, despair and delirium, Paul has only 90 minutes to be rescued before his worst nightmare comes true.

The new film is directed by Rodrigo Cortes from a script by Chris Sparling and is expected to hit theaters on September 24th in limited released. It will then expand on October 8th.

Spoiler Alert :- The film end when Lindsay Lohan opens her legs and Ryan Reynolds slides out. What he thought was a coffin was the wooden brace for her uterus so it didn't collapse!

I think it's time Burt Reynolds stop making movie s and retire...

I have this awesome theory that you can blame Burt's comeback on Quentin Tarantino.

Oblige me, if you will.

Why ? Because Quentin Tarantino wanted Travolta (who was out there struggling with Look Who's Talking Too) for
Pulp Fiction, Robert Forrester (who almost retired flat out) for Jackie Brown and Pam Grier (subject to explotation purgatory, along with Isaac Hayes, Jim Brown and Williamson) for Jackie Brown ... so
Paul Thomas Anderson (the capable director, not Paul (W)eakass (S)hit Anderson) decided, "Hey, why not Burt Reynolds ? He's in a stupor and enjoying his retirement years .... why not deprive him of some well earned rest and revive his flailing and faded career ... * Note, Burt's running buddy Dom Deluise was alive at the time, but who the f*ck called him ?

Oh, and someone needs to tell ol' Burt that Jackie Gleason and Jerry Reed's a corpse, Trans-Ams are harder to find than rock music musicians who don't wear f*cked up outfits to the MTV awards, a show hosted by a cable company that DOESN'T SHOW MUSIC VIDEOS and that his acting and toupee are worse than sh*tner's.

Burt would've been in Buried, but his cell would've died out because he left it on the night before and didn't f*cking know how to charge it, so he would've spent 2 1/2 hours clawing his way out like a trapped kitten in a sack thrown into a lake ...

like that wouldn't have been more fun to watch.
