"Bill and Ted 3" Still in the Works

Posted: September 3rd, 2010 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
"Bill and Ted 3" Still in the WorksSubmit Comment
Back in December, Keanu Reeves announced that he was actively working on the third "Bill and Ted" movie. Now, his co-star Alex Winter has revealed that he has met with Reeves and the original film's writers Ed Solomon and Chris Matheson to "kick around ideas."

Reeves is a big Hollywood star and Winter is currently directing a remake of "The Gate." So both men are busy, which is why Winter said that everyone will only move forward if everyone is happy with the story for "Bill and Ted 3." He went on to say that many of the recent story ideas have been "far too dark for children to see."

One theory regarding the plot is that Bill and Ted will run into their younger selves, who will be the same age the characters were in the first film. Apparently the goal is to combine Winter and Reeves with the latest technology to make them look younger.

Loved part 1 didn't think Bogus was all that but would Defiantly watch a part 3 as long as the effect of them looking younger works ..

I must of watched Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure over a hundred times, love that movie. Why was the guy playing Billy the Kid like 40 years old though?

Should be better than a couple of the Matrix movies.

Bill and Ted's Excellent Geriatric Adventure ?

I remember going to go see the first two in the theater, but I would want to see this as much as Stephen Baldwin's prequel to Biodome,
Biodome : The Beginning aka the ressurrection of Pauley Shore's dismal career.

I'm lukewarm for the idea, but I am realy curious if they can realistically make them appear teens again.

if they could do it so they're old selves run into they're young selves thatd be sweet, but that movie just had too many late 80's/Early 90's things about it, I cant see Bill & Ted surviving 2010...

Bill And Ted's Holy Moses, where they accidentally win the War On Terror by capturing Bin Laden, getting him high, and have him fall off a castle onto a big spike. Genius. That goes right to that darkness they were talking about, methinks.

Although if you really think about it, Harold And Kumar are basically the next generation of Bill And Ted (though H&K are a little more intelligent). Sounds like time for a crossover movie!

Bill & Ted and Harold & Kumars' Bodacious Exodus!!!!!
