Gucci has released a look at the upcoming TV commercial directed by Frank Miller (Sin City, 300, The Spirit), and starring Chris Evans (Captain America) and Evan Rachel Wood (The Wrestler). Check it out below.
Plot: A white sports car screeches across a dystopian cityscape - a beautiful blonde at the wheel. Her blazing tires screech to a halt, and she steps out to survey her hunting ground. Savoring the night air she remembers: a night, a man, her choice... a perfume.
The ad is for Gucci Guilty and the full version of it will premiere during the MTV Video Music Awards on September 12th.
Any Captain America footage we'd want to see would be Chris AS CA... and from what's been said (unless it's just intended deceptive propaganda) won't be 'til the end of the flick anyway, and I'm sure they won't be giving up much of that footage for free.

Betcha Gucci pays Chris Evans more for this high concept advertising gig than his take home salary from Captain America. Marvel is so cheap it hurts.
No bet. $300K Evans is doing CA for. And that career-crushing 9 movie deal... ugh! The only other person they could have gotten for cheaper would be Van Damme (and he'd park cars off set!).
They're keeping everything Marvel cheap, because they didn't have that kind of a leash when they started with Downey... and his pay will only increase... substantially.

@Ranger - can't wait to watch Chris Evans do a USO song and dance number dressed as Cap (not). Evans and Johnson better not embarrass the hell outta the Cap legend or I'll be beyond pissed.

@Ranger - yes, I knew about Evans being fed a mere $300K for first outing and accepting incremental raise for his commitment to reappear as Cap over a 9 picture deal (sarcasm on my part). Great salary for you and me but considered a joke by Hollywood standards. At least we won't have to worry about Evans starving for work as this will be a steady gig over the next few years. And he will enjoy new fandom working the Comicons. There are worst fates in life.
For the same salary, Van Damme would only be able to turn in half his performance from Double Impact (i.e. Single Impact).

@ ranger.... True(re not seeing cap til the end in his famous outfit) but I think it'll be fun to see him in his WW2 outfit as in the ultimates. In fact here's a first look pic of him that WP never got to posting
