Trailer: Russell CroweSubmit Comment
The trailer for the upcoming "Next Three Days" thriller, starring Russell Crowe, Liam Neeson and Elizabeth Banks, has appeared online. Check it out below.

Plot: Life seems perfect for John Brennan (Crowe) until his wife, Lara (Banks), is arrested for a gruesome murder she says she didn't commit. Three years into her sentence, John is struggling to hold his family together, raising their son and teaching at college while he pursues every means available to prove her innocence. With the rejection of their final appeal, Lara becomes suicidal and John decides there is only one possible, bearable solution: to break his wife out of prison. Refusing to be deterred by impossible odds or his own inexperience, John devises an elaborate escape plot and plunges into a dangerous and unfamiliar world, ultimately risking everything for the woman he loves.

The new movie is written and directed by Paul Haggis (Crash) and is scheduled to hit theaters on November 19th.

How f*cked would it be if he actually broke her out and she confesses that she did in fact do the murder and loves to murder and kills his character on the spot

or he just got her out so neeson and crowe can spit roast her over and over again....and whilst doing it neeson continuously qoutes ' i love it when a plan c*ms!!!!....together'

this could turn out to be crowe's best movie in years...

@Johnny: I'm pretty sure she will confess that she's guilty. These days almost every movie, that aren't The Expendables, must have a twist in the end.

At least this isn't a remake, reboot or repeat. It does remind me of a story that Luc Besson would do, ala La Femme Nikita style.

Russell Crowes going to Play the T1000 in a Terminator remake using elements of Lawnmower Man starring Denzel as a cop with a bionic arm.

This looks great! Good cast.

Looks interesting, BUT the only bad thing was that they almost gave it all away with this trailer. We know that he got her out of jail, but wasn't that the whole point of this movie, lol, and they gave it away, good luck with that one, anyways this deserves to be watch on any movie site that provides this movie for FREE. You almost gave the movie away for free on this trailer, why not add the ending as well? Not a bad idea.

Since the beginning of this era of comic books in Hollywood, they only have been presenting reboots, remakes, repeats or Lohags Blue waffle. Seriously this even limits Nolan or any other talented director to make something original. Comics are amazing and fan of them, but I'm not gonna be watching a film of it 24/7, like seeing Ryan Reynolds with a powerful ring in more than 2 films or Thor, the movie that the casting for the leading role was based on "who ever has the biggest d*ck is Thor", I would have gone to that audition and would have won the leading role for Thor and later I would have published a porn vid of a 3some between Portman, Dennings and me. The dessert would be Scarlett Johansson.

Just in case drank whiskey instead of coffee today.

@Max, it actually is a remake of a French film, can't remember the name of it though.

The plot twist in this movie? Russel Crowe finds out that he is actually his own wife and committed the crime with a 3rd identity.

^haha

This looks pretty cool. When Liam Neeson showed up I almost creamed my pants. Hope his part is a little bigger than what we saw in the trailer, he deserves more than just a cameo, he oozes awesomeness

This is a remake of a French film called Anything For Her which only came out about two years ago. It was quite good but i imagine this will have more action, of which there was hardly any. If i remember rightly it had Diane Kruger playing the woman and the guy who Neeson is playing was only in one scene, so i take it his role has been expanded.
