Today we have an early trailer for "Daydream Nation," starring Kat Dennings (Thor), Josh Lucas (The Hulk) and Andie MacDowell (Groundhog Day). Check it out below.
Plot: In this darkly comedic coming-of-age story, a teenage girl moves from the city to a small town, only to find she has absolutely nothing in common with the stoner-hicks who populate her high school. So Caroline Wexler (Dennings) begins an affair with the one person she connects with: her handsome young teacher (Lucas). But with a serial killer on the loose and townsfolk disappearing around them, their relationship takes a turn for the worse — and when Caroline breaks it off in favor of a boy her age, the rejection makes her teacher crazy, driving the film towards its surreal, heartbreaking, wildly romantic conclusion.
"Daydream Nation" is set to premiere at the Toronto Film Festival next month.

2. This trailer showed me nothing except this might be some type of American Beauty knock off.
