Today we have a "Transformers"-like teaser trailer for the upcoming alien sci-fi thriller "Skyline," starring Donald Faison ("Scrubs"), Eric Balfour (Hell Ride), David Zayas ("Dexter"), Scottie Thompson (Star Trek), and Brittany Daniel (Little Man). Check it out below.
Plot: In "Skyline," strange lights descend on the city of Los Angeles, drawing people outside like moths to a flame where an extraterrestrial force threatens to swallow the entire human population off the face of the Earth.
The new movie is directed by Colin Strause, Greg Strause (Alien vs. Predator: Requiem) and is scheduled to hit theaters on November 12th.

Well this looks okay, but not cool. In fact when they show the line "Maybe we should have listened" I knew right away they used the text style from the Transformers trailer and the alien noise from the Predators trailer. I mean I could be wrong about those but still the story looks like "War of the Worlds" with a lot of the color blue instead of the color red.
