Back in April, we posted a bootleg trailer for Hilary Swank's "The Resident" thriller. Today, we have a good version of it and you can now check it out below.
Plot: The story centers on a young doctor (Swank) who moves into a loft in Brooklyn where mysterious occurrences lead her to suspect that she is not alone in her home. She discovers that her seemingly charming landlord (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) has developed a dangerous obsession with her, resulting in a terrifying game of cat and mouse.
The new film is directed by the Finland-born Antti J. Jokinen, who is making his feature debut. His previous work includes helming music videos for Beyonce, Shania Twain and Will Smith. "The Resident" has yet to acquire a US distributor.

He's been one of our (uk) greatest exports.
Lee and Peter Cushing made some wonderful horror movies together over the course of 30 years and i hope he keeps making movies for years to come... (heath providing)
