Today we have an international trailer for the upcoming "Shanghai" thriller, starring John Cusack, Chow Yun-Fat, Ken Watanabe, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Check it out below.

Plot: An American returns to a corrupt Japanese occupied Shanghai during the Second World War to discover his friend's death. While unraveling the mysteries of this death and the seedy underbelly of Shanghai politics he discovers a much larger secret his own government is hiding.

Has Jeffery Dean Morgan EVER survived until the end of a movie or TV show? WTF?

Chow Yun-Fat?

How unfortunate for her!

FN: This doesn't look bad at all! A murder mystery set in 1930's Shanghai with the Japanese invasion of Pearl Harbor looming sounds very interesting if you ask me. Cusack, Watanabe, Fat, JDM, and Li is a great cast! Kind of feels like Chinatown set in Shanghai.

If you look really good in this trailer, you can Short Round from "Temple of Doom" running around telling Dr. Jones that there is still no time for love.
@Forrest75-JDM survived "the losers"

The Japanese of WWII were disgusting bastards, they should of dropped another nuke on those c*nts as one to grow on. Look up Unit 731, Bataan death march, and the Nanking Massacre. Any americans living in Japanese occupied territories during the war would of had their testicles chopped off, and place in their mouth's.

I'll watch it for David Morse-one of the best side kicks of all time.

Looks great! I've always been interested in China in the 30s and 40s. Ken Watanabe looks damn creepy.
