Jemaine Clement is a Villain in "Men in Black 3"Submit Comment
Jemaine Clement (Gentlemen Broncos, "Flight of the Conchords") is in final negotiations to play one of the villains in the third "Men in Black" movie, which is set to be once again be directed by Barry Sonnenfeld.

Most of the new casting will be the villains, whose identities, look and super-abilities are being kept a secret. It is known that Clement is playing a character named Boris, who is described as being charming and creepy at the same time.

Clement will be joining Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, who are returning as alien-chasing government agents. And since most of the action will take place in 1969, Josh Brolin (No Country For Old Men) has been hired to play a young Jones.

Smith will clearly travel over forty years back in time, and will need Agent K's help to defeat the many new villains. Sacha Baron Cohen (Borat) has been rumored to join the cast as another bad guy.

One of those news that brings me hope for the project.

he doesn't look very villainish ... more like a dork.

^ Well look at Johnny Knoxville, he acts like a complete dork and yet he got a part in MIB 2.

Will he sing to the agents about his girlfriends from the past?

but is Johnny Knoxville the main villain? i mean, i dunno mind at all if he can play the part, i'm just judging from the picture shown.
BDeck writes:

encore it doesnt say anywhere in this article that he will be the main villian just one of them.

he'll prob have a role close to knoxville.

Please, do not compare Clement with Knoxville.

I think he can play a sleazy villain quite good, but I still don't have much faith in this project. I don't like the time-travel aspect and we all know how things turnout with multiple villain.

Clement will be great in a MIB film and so will Sasha. Flight of the Concords is a pretty funny show if you haven't seen it. Maybe some of you should check it out before you pass judgement on the guy's looks alone. Yeah Encore I'm talking to you :)

... So basically he plays David Cross.

Kinda looks like him. With WAY more hair.

Clement is awesome and a great pairing if Cohen is in this as well. I can only imagine them two stealing this movie.
Looking good so far.

I hate to say it, but I have to hope this movie sucks so bad that no one will ever want Jemaine in one of their movies again. Then he will have no choice but to do Season 3 of Flight of the Conchords.
