Will the Wayan's dogs: brake-dance, moonwalk, steal cars, rape white poodles and/or appear on Maury or the Steven Seagal's Lawman shows?

(now... the hate mail cometh... LOL!).

I didn't know that Marmaduke had a speaking voice in the cartoon strip? So why have him speak now? And why make a movie from this strip? You might as well make a movie of Ally Oop or Andy Capp.

Owen Wilson as a talking dog. Nope, nothing to worry about there. But hey, at least we don't have to see his clit shaped nose.

Damn if the dog doesn't look good for CG, though.

So this is Dennis the Menace on 4 legs then?

It doesn't look bad. I won't bust my ass rushing to the theater to see this one. But it'll be a movie channel watch for sure.

Too bad Owen isn't offered (or Hollywood makes) more 'Behind Enemy Lines' kind of stuff for this guy. But he fills the niche' of the anti-hero pretty well. I also hope (sincerely) he's worked through his depression stuff (leave that sh*t for the Lohan).

Marley and Me wasn't bad, but only because the dog stole the 'show'.

Hard to believe (not)... considering the cast.

Aniston and Wilson = no range. The dog was the only thing fresh in that movie. How sad is that?
Ranger writes:

Although - bonus points to Aniston's naked bod. in 'The Break Up!' (the Jennifer Aniston Story).

This is gonna be one of those movies were it will be just a little more mature for kids under 8 so paernts wont take em to see it. and anyone above 8 will think it just looks f*cking retarded. so there just sh*t out of luck with this.

I don't get why you have to give the dog a voice....as far as I am aware he doesn't speak in the comic.
m3talface writes:

Completely pointless. Marmaduke does not talk at all. The comic strip was only about a f*cking dog that knocked stuff over and did little silly things like jump on the bed or drink from the toilet. The movie exists for namesake only. Hope it flops.
