Michelle Williams Beat Scarlett Johansson for Marilyn Monroe BiopicSubmit Comment
Several months ago, it was reported that Scarlett Johansson was at the top of the list of actresses being considered by director Simon Curtis to portray Marilyn Monroe in the "My Week with Marilyn" film. At the time, Kate Hudson, Amy Adams and Michelle Williams were also mentioned as possible stars.

Now, Production Weekly has learned that Johansson is out that its Williams (Brokeback Mountain) who is in-talks with Curtis to star in the movie, which is set to begin filming in June, 2010.

"My Week" will be based on the diary of Colin Clark, an employee of Laurence Olivier, who looked after Monroe when she came to London to film Olivier's "The Prince and the Showgirl" in 1957. Clark published excerpts of his diary a year later, but left out the details of one week. These unreleased chapters will be the basis of the movie.

I agree with this, scarlett's been in to many films that will leave you thinking of her role in them and not in her role that would have to be quite serious for this film.

"Michelle Williams Beat Scarlett Johansson for Marilyn Monroe Biopic"

To which Johansson replied:

- "I STILL have bigger tits, so screw her."

There are always implants.

and does his week include boning her in every possible way?

Honestly I don't think any of the girls that are listed are right. Amy, and Kate are too little. Monroe wasn't a small person. Scarlett is too damn annoying. And I don't know I just can't picture Williams playing her. But then honestly with someone like Monroe who could play her and be good at it?

Scarlett would've been great for that role. Oh well, she can catch the next Marilyn pick... or better yet, remake one of the oldies.

I don't think this girl will do a bad job. Scarlett would have been a better choice.

So this girl actually 'beat' Scarlett for this role? Like... as in a cat fight? Is there footage? If so... release it on DVD with a small tube of warming KY lube!

This news makes me want to light a basket of kittens on fire. If ScarJo was in this, I would have wank material for life. f*ck you, Michelle Williams!!! (Not really, she's a good actress, but I would want an actress with some meat on her bones, for Christ's sake)
Ranger writes:

Meat on bones is fine.

Big Tits on chest is better.

(but I know that was your point... I'm just here for clarity Bro).

ehhck, im glad they didnt go with Kate Hudson....Scarlett wouldve been perfect because a main part of Monroe really was her twins, and Scarlett has some mighty fine twins! o well
Monroe writes:

You cannont have a well known actress playing Marilyn. they should pick a random...but even then it could be bad. She would not be an easy character to master.
AshTrey writes:

I CAN STILL JERK OFF TO HER... SO I SUPPORT THE MOVIE. SCARLET f*ckED UP THOUGH, THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HER FOREST GUMP
AshTrey writes:

BETTER BE A NUDE SCENE!!
Ranger writes:

@AshTrey - maybe the porn version will be Scarlett's 'Sorest Rump!'

this has got to be the biggest disappointment of the century.playing marilyn monroe most likely requires a couple of nude scenes and we all could've finally seen those boobs of scarlet johansen. bad casting call.
