Im usually right on par with most everything you say Sac, though I have to seriously disagree here, though I get the reference to little nicky its a very told story, we've heard it before in a million different places, it all depends on what they do with it.. And as weak a character as thor was back in the day, I personally have always felt he would be better on the big screen than on comic pages.. and as far as Portman and Skarsgaard collecting a check for this,

But despite i'm not a massive Thor fan, i never read the comics, but i've read the 1st draft screenplay to the movie, which is about 128mins and i am definately amped and interested in it.

The more I hear about Thor and the Avengers the less appealing they get.
