First Look: Adrien Brody's "The Experiment" RemakePosted: November 5th, 2009 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
|
Thanks to Bloody-Disgusting, we now have the first three photos from "The Experiment" remake, starring Adrien Brody, Forest Whitaker, Elijah Wood, Cam Gigandet, Clifton Collins Jr and Maggie Grace. Check them out below.
The film is based on the true story of Dr. Philip Zimbardo's ground-breaking study of human behavior at Stanford University in 1971. Student volunteers were assigned roles as guards and prisoners in a mock prison, but the relationship between them degenerated so rapidly into abuse that Zimbardo had to abandon the experiment halfway through.
"The Experiment" is directed by Paul Scheuring (producer of "Prison Break") and is currently at the American Film Market looking to get acquired by a distributor.

What a little bitch.. I can't believe this fuck got the lead for 'Predators.' Arnie had trouble killing one in the original yet we're suppose to believe that this guy will be able to lead a whole bunch of people on an alien planet being hunted by predators.. Adrien's whole body is the size of Arnold's left calf! We have no action heroes..

I read about this in college for my Psych degree. Wow. I am super pumped to see this movie. It was a creepy ass experiment that makes you really wonder what the fuck we are capable of.

In other words, they started to bend over to catch the soap.

Dandy>>Yeah. It was pretty sick. These were just students, kids really. But some of the extremes they went to were nuts. It was prbably a week off from someone actually getting killed.

How many freaking times can they remake this same story?? The latest German version was god-awful. I hope they're not going with that plot.

Adrien Brody is awesome. The Jacket, The Pianist, christ if you've never heard of this guy get some class.
I still think the man only won an Oscar just so he could makeout with Halle Berry in her prime tightness hahaha

@ PrevalentMind: Nobody's saying otherwise. Hands down, great actor.
I actually think he should have gotten two Oscars, one for himself, one for his nose.
