Steve Guttenberg Confirms "Three Men and a Bride"Submit Comment
Tom Selleck, Ted Danson and Steve Guttenberg are reuniting for a new "Three Men And A Baby" sequel, nearly 20 years after the last installment.

The trio played bachelor friends forced to raise a baby together after she is left on their doorstep by a desperate mother in the 1987 original. They re-teamed three years later for the follow up, "Three Men and a Little Lady."

Now, 19 years later, studio bosses at Disney are planning to reunite the all the actors for their movie daughter's wedding.

"Disney's developing 'Three Men and a Bride'," Guttenberg told WENN. "That's going to be a smash. A smash hit. They're bringing everybody back for that. Nobody knows about it. I'm the first to talk about it."

And Guttenberg is hoping that this new sequel might get studios interested in his other old movies. "It's definitely time for another 'Police Academy.' And I think they could make another 'Cocoon'," he said. "They're surefire hits and I think they're good for the world. They make the world a better place and that's what it's all about."

So... I guess the storyline goes of that little bastard they raised from a finger-puppet into a NYC street-walker had to be rescued from a crack house...they find her a hubby-to-be online at AsianGrooms.com... they boat him over here, she cooks a cold meal (and the sake' was too hot)... laughs at the size of his tiny d*ck. He goes all O.J. on her... The Expendables show up... send his wrinkly, old ass up to fortune cookie heaven... roll the credits.

The End.

What the hell is wrong with Guttenberg, that train has already left the station. No one wants anymore of that crap. It was good in the eighties, when cheese was celebrated, but not now.

Three Men and a Baby was only funny when Zach Galifianakis' character referenced it in The Hangover.

Please don't. This might just be the baddest idea for a long time.

Tom Selleck, well he was Magnum P.I. so....not much I can say there! That pretty much gave him bad ass status for life!

What happened to Guttenberg?? In the 80s he seemed like a cool dude and now he just seems like a f*cking moron. It's like he's so desperate for fame these days. He should have just driven his cop car or his cocoon into the sunset. Our had recurring roles on CSI at the most. Go out with dignity...or what little you have left.

Guttenberg sounds like he's begging for work, trying to hash sequels out of his old sh*t.
Police Academy went to eight and stop being funny after the third. He should stop giving them ideas cause nobody wants to do a sequel its all reboots and if the reboot Academy or Cocoon, he's out, cause half the cast of both are dead or missing.
3men and a bride could be funny now that they are all 3old farts.

Guttenberg is like an old retired boxer, thinking he still has a couple fights left. Sorry buddy, invest what you still have, and leave the public eye. His acting is straigt Lohan.

It really doesn't surprise me. I knew all the demand for a third installment would result in something happening.

Steve Guttenberg is looking for a way to jump start his career again. I can't fault him for that. He always seemed like an OK guy even if he's washed up. At least he's making a plea, no different from every other ageing actor/actress seems to be doing. I would probably do the same.

The Guy has been trying to get Police Academy a sequel for 3 years now. But lets put it this way 8 movies a cartoon a f*cking TV show that had worse plotlines than either of those. WHAT THE f*ck ELSE NEEDS TO BE SAID from that Franchise LET IT GO.
tcu21 writes:

So when's the 'Diner' sequel coming out? Guttenberg, doing everything he can to capitalize on former fame.

"It's got Magnum PI, Ted Danson, and that Jewish guy."

IF THEY CAN DO SEQUELS OF TRASH MOVIES 3,4 AND 5 (NO NAMES) AND REMAKE GREAT MOVIES INTO JUNK, WHY NOT SOMETHING WHOLESOME LIKE THREE MEN AND A BRIDE- I LOVED THE FIRST 2. AND THERE NEED TO BE AN END. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF DONE RIGHT WITH THE 4 PAST CAST MEMBERS!
