Ouija Board Movie Hires "Tron Legacy" WritersPosted: November 2nd, 2009 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
|
Universal Pictures is moving forward with an "Ouija" movie, based on the popular board game, by hiring "Tron Legacy" writers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz to write the script.
The studio is looking at the project as a supernatural action-adventure movie. It is being produced by Hasbro and Michael Bay's Platinum Dunes.
Ouija boards have been used to communicate with the spirit world for more than 200 decades. The board as its known today was manufactured by William Fuld in the 1890s, then acquired by Parker Bros in 1966. Since then, 12 million units have been sold, according to Hasbro, which acquired Parker Bros. in 1991.
"Tron Legacy" is the first feature film for Kitsis and Horowitz, how have previously only written for TV shows like "Lost," which they also produce.

Ouija Boards are used by paranormal investigators, there's been a multiple reported cases of violence and possesions happening because of these boards,
And Hasbro wants to make a family friendly "Action-Adventure" surrounding this?! BAHAHAHAHA

Paranormal investigators are a whole other group of FAGS! They are some of the gayest, self inportant douche bags alive. I LOVE watching the commercials for the "Ghost Hunter" fags. They are ALWAYS yelling "Oh my god" and "What was that?" or "There is something here". BUT THERE NEVER IS!!!!

It'll be fun to watch the religious nuts get in a furor over this. I think every little kid should own a witchboard so they can communicate with Hell.
