District 13, and Taken are legendary. Instead of downloading this, I'll see it at the theatre. Its not that often we get to see Travolta play a bad ass, so when you get the chance you go see it.

I hate Jonathan Rhys Meyers, but this movie just looks too ball-shatteringly fantastic to pass up.

Jonathan Rhys Myers is actually pretty good in the Tudors. He gets bonus respect points for threatening that french bar owner.

It's very difficult to believe the same guy that did the surprisinglt well done and enjoyable Taken also directed the abominable Dictrict B13.

District 13 was off the hook, alot better than Shoot em up. Never has there been a movie that shows off Parkour as much as it did.
minkowski writes:

And what the f*ck was so good about B13? The horrible acting? The atrocious dialogue? The poor editing? The sh*tty camera angles? The non-existent cinematography? The laughably absurd political tone?

A film like Shoot Em up *knows* that it's high octane camp, whereas films like B13 don't. Instead, it comes off looking stupid by ham-fistedly reaching ineptly for seriousness.

Not trying to bash you, Vdod. Just talking my typical crap. You know how it is. I hope. lol.

haha thats our Mink!
seriously i think Travolta might be going downhill since the passing of his son. What travolta must be going through, i won't fully understand!

But i think it maybe some time before he goes back into acting!

I think the downhill descent started when he bought his first E-meter.
