Fox Home Entertainment has just announced the "Futurama: The Complete Collection" DVD set, which includes all seventy-two original TV episodes and four movies (Bender's Big Score, The Beast with a Billion Back, Bender's Game, Into the Wild Green Yonder).

The collection also comes with lots of bonus material, including a letter from the "Futurama" creator Matt Groening and producer David X. Cohen, commentary from various cast members, numerous deleted scenes, an interactive still gallery, blooper reels and more. All of this will be packaged in a collectible Bender head, including a detachable rubber antenna.

The set will be available in stores on October 13th and is currently priced at $169.98. Seems a little pricey, considering that there will be new episodes of "Futurama" next year.

Shut your dirty whore mouth, Worst Previews.

$169.98 is a goddamn bargain for all that wonderfulness.

I already own all the Futurama DVD junk, and I paid less than 170 bucks.

It'd be better if they had Robot Nixon with all the dvd's coming out of the side of his robot suit.

yeah i hate it when they release stuff like this when the series isnt even done. It makes a collection look dumb. A giant dvd case and then buy the other seasons seperately. Thats dumb. and yeah i have all of the seasons already.

I'd rather like, there's like 10 different heads in jars that you could get.

They need to make MST3000 reasonably priced.

A couple weeks ago I purchased all 4 seasons of Futurama for $40, brand new. Suck it Fox!

Are they or have they ever put out a dvd set of just the movies? like in one pack?

and anyone who would want the complete series has already got the season on dvd seems a little late for this
IRONDAN writes:

just looked at amazon and you can get all the individual seasons and movies together for $143.98

so your paying for the eye sore of a package
minkowski writes:

Hey, but at least you get the nifty box and the head. Come on, what's 170 bucks for such an amazing package!?

Fox sucks, they're trying to exploit us fans, AFTER we brought back their only good animated show.

Too bad I all ready have everything. Be kind of hard to buy it again. But that box is SWEET! Wouldn't mind just buying that.

Oh, and it was saracsm. I wouldn't pay 170 dollars for all of Futurama even if I didn't already own the four seasons and the four 'movies'.

They announced this package and most likely started producing them before they decided to bring the show back on Comedy Central.
