"Harold and Kumar" Creators' Next ProjectPosted: August 11th, 2009 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
|
Josh Friedlander has sold his original comedy screenplay "One Night Stan" to Lionsgate. "Harold & Kumar" creators Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg are set to direct.
"Stan" plays out a scenario about which many men fantasize on the cusp of marriage. When Stan learns his fiancee, Julie, has had more sexual partners than he, he gets her blessing for one night to play catch-up. Unfortunately, his plans for a sex buffet don't come together quite the way he had hoped.
Hurwitz and Schlossberg have also written and will direct "'Til Beth Do Us Part" for Warner Bros, and their comedy script "Grandma vs. Grandma" is set up at Paramount. Since Kal Penn is now working for President Obama, it's unlikely that we will see "A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas" any time soon.

Well, more fodder for the stoners I guess. It's always good to have some disposable hash to mentally burn while your taking a toke on a fatty.

The last great comedies were Observe and Report, and Zack and Mirri. This just sounds all around lame. Something to get the humor deficient mass population into the seats. American Pie came out 10 years ago, come up with some fucking new jokes already.

"Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg"
The two biggest jewish potheads in the world.
"When Stan learns his fiancee, Julie, has had more sexual partners than he, he gets her blessing for one night to play catch-up."
Sounds stupid, wife must be a slut.
