TriStar Pictures has launched their marketing campaign for the upcoming "District 9" sci-fi film by putting warnings on billboards, bus shelters an in stores. The campaign aims at introducing the main theme of the film which has to do with rights of humans and aliens.
Plot: An extraterrestrial race forced to live in slum-like conditions on Earth suddenly find a kindred spirit in a government agent that is exposed to their biotechnology.
The new film is produced by Peter Jackson and is directed by Neill Blomkamp. The duo decided to make the movie after they failed at bringing "Halo" to the big screen.
