"Indiana Jones 4" Writer Takes on Houdini ThrillerPosted: May 20th, 2009 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
|
Summit Entertainment recently announced that it has acquired rights to the biography "The Secret Life of Houdini: The Making of America's First Superhero" and plans to turn it into an action thriller instead of a biopic. The idea is to make Houdini a character who is part Indiana Jones and part Sherlock Holmes.
Apparently, Summit was serious about making the character Indy-like, since the studio has now hired "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" writer Jeff Nathanson to write the script. [via IGN]
Nathanson shared story credit on "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" with George Lucas. He has also previously scripted Steven Spielberg's "Catch Me If You Can" and "The Terminal."

"Also George Lucas wants to produce and direct, he said he hasn't raped a film or something famous in a while and needs to be dominant man again"

Just kidding... but seriously, how fuckin bad was Indiana Jones 4? Although I will give this guy credit for Catch Me If You Can, that is one well written & directed movie.
So how the hell did that duo ass rape Indiana Jones so bad? Oh wait I forgot, George Lucas was involved wasn't he? Now that is one fuckin guy who has lost his touch!

Interesting but that Indy movie was a tiny bit too much "WTF?" kiddy style for me.
