Apparently director Alexandre Aja is trying to pay homage to "Jaws" by casting Richard Dreyfuss in his upcoming 3-D remake of "Piranha." SPOILERS AHEAD:
Dreyfuss will only appear in a brief cameo, but his character will be drinking Amity brand beer (the setting of "Jaws"). According to NukeTheFridge, he will be the first one to be killed off in the new movie.
"Piranha 3-D," takes place at Lake Havasu, Arizona, where a tremor causes the lake's floor to open, setting free scores of prehistoric piranhas. It is scheduled to hit theaters on March 19th, 2010.
