FoxNews Illegally Downloads "Wolverine" and Reviews It

FoxNews Illegally Downloads "Wolverine" and Reviews ItSubmit Comment
20th Century Fox is working alongside the MPAA and the FBI to track down the person responsible for leaking an early cut of "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," which could potentially cost the studio millions.

So while the search continues, FoxNews' reporter Roger Friedman downloaded himself a copy and reviewed the film on the FoxNews.com website. Here is an excerpt:

"Right now, my 'cousins' at 20th Century Fox are probably having apoplexy. I doubt anyone else has seen this film. But everyone can relax. I am, in fact, amazed about how great 'Wolverine' turned out. It exceeds expectations at every turn. I was completely riveted to my desk chair in front of my computer."

So according to Friedman, 20th Century Fox has nothing to worry about since he thinks it's a good movie. Too bad Fox doesn't feel the same way. The studio released the following statement:

"We've just been made aware that Roger Friedman, a free-lance columnist who writes Fox 411 on Foxnews.com an entirely separate company from 20th Century Fox watched on the Internet and reviewed a stolen and unfinished version of 'X-Men Origins: Wolverine.' This behavior is reprehensible, and we condemn this act categorically whether the review is good or bad."

20th Century Fox has taken down Friedman's review. There is currently no word on whether he will end up losing his job over this or get sued.

Well, once the movie is out illegally, it is out; they don't need to find out who released it anymore because within days people watched it. The reviews would only make the film to be expected more.

Bill O'Reilly calls the leaker of the film a prick and an evil man, the leaker turns out to be Rupert Murdoch, Murdoch Fires, Bill O'Reilly. Bill O'Reilly fans stop watching FOX news (Thats bascailly all retards in the world)...Murdoch declares bankruptcy, asks help from Obama, Obama remembers how FOX called him a muslim terroist, so he refuses. Murdoch flys to Australia demanding his new Australia citizenship again, Australia (including me) tells him to f*ck off for giving up his citzenship in the first place, Murdoch then moves to Mexico and works at a service station where he earns the nickname 'El d*cko'..... He calls Australians all a bunch of fags....Australia retaliates and sends John Howard and Dubbya to hang with Murdoch. ---------LIFE IS A BITCH--------

"...who writes Fox 411 on Foxnews.com an entirely separate company from 20th Century Fox" .... "20th Century Fox has taken down Friedman's review." Quoi? Entirely separate seems a little strong then.

The Skippy Spartan Hahahaha, you just became one of my on-line favorites! And about the story: This guy is a flipping retard! I hope they press full charges for being a moron, one less person to muddy the gene pool for a few years!

hahahahahaha. you've gotta be kidding me! this is just too good to be true. does anyone else agree that karma is indeed a bitch? they attempted to, and were successful in ruining tons of movies and not giving the directors any creative leeway in their films, and what they get is this. this ain't over, and god i can't wait till they get more of what they deserve.

oh and more importantly...let's count how many sticky situations this puts fox in....1 from the wolverine movie bein leaked, 2 from the slumdog dvd, 3 from the 3d glasses deal that fox said they were gonna pay but aren't now, and 4 would be this one...the fox news guy downloading the wolverine movie and reviewing it that only seems to make bigger news.....more and more people are gonna find out and see how sh*tty fox has been getting

Synthetic, you forgot the great Watchmen fiasco of 2008/2009. that was the first straw, and it's been all downhill from there
AP102390 writes:

oh and then the problems that the director of Babylon A.D. had, among other things.
synthetic1985 writes:

AP102390...i didn't forget that...i just didn't count it in...cuz i already had such a disappointment in fox ever since the first x-men came out...and lately the disappointment just keeps growing
synthetic1985 writes:

fox also had a similar problem with star wars IV a new hope.....i remember reading about it quite vividly in fact...they were talkin about how nothing in the movie looked right...the robots were messing up...the sets looked terrible...nobody thought it was good...until they tried again and actually made it better...sucky part is episode III was mainly shot behind blue and green screens....and i'm still disappointed we didn't get to see darth vader fighting in his suit for old times' sake
Gunslinger writes:

They're going to have to re-brand themselves...By the way, I thought the movie was pretty good, all things considered. I'm still gonna see it on the big screen. Lacked substance, but the thing that was cool was that Wolverine was almost always onscreen. I remember watching the Xmen movies and feeling like there was something missing whenever he was offscreen. If they make a second one, I could see a lot of possibilities. And as far as dead characters go--come on, guys, this is the comics universe here. Anyone can be killed off and brought back a dozen times over. It's worse than a soap opera, or Captain Kirk being in an inescapable position. The rules are about as logical as the studio executives themselves.

FOX will look up shout "SAVE US", and WB and Obama will whisper back........"Your Mum!!"
