Uwe Boll Continues Making MoviesPosted: April 2nd, 2009 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
|
Variety is now reporting that Edward Furlong has joined Billy Zane (The Phantom, Titanic) and Kristanna Loken (Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines) in the upcoming "Janjaweed" drama, which is directed by Uwe Boll (House of the Dead, BloodRayne).
The new film is currently shooting in Cape Town, South Africa, and revolves around American journalists in Sudan who are confronted with the dilemma of whether to return home to report on the atrocities they have seen, or to stay behind and help some of the victims they have encountered.
Furlong previously starred in such film as "American History X" and "Terminator 2: Judgment Day." He will next be seen in another Boll movie, called "Stoic."

Whatever, Boll is fun. He makes some horrible movies but if you don't want to watch his shit then don't watch it. I doubt he'll get his hands on anything near and dear to gamer's hearts now that he's flubbed every licensed film he's made (exception being made for Postal, which was awesome).

Hey, he can make all the original movies he wants, that don't bother me. Just don't shit in the pool of our dreams by wrecking videogames and comics and stuff.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! And I am saying that as someone who, after seeing one shitty movie, will not go see another one (as opposed to the a-holes who complain about him but still see his movies.)

Yeah BondMcClane007 that is what I was thinking exactly. He should stop ding that and work on his own ideas. If he started like that in the first place then no one would hate him but he had to go the other route and demean game fans and other directors, saying game fans are incompetent and other directors are uncreative.
