A trailer for the upcoming action film "Game," starring Gerard Butler and Michael C Hall, has leaked online. Click on the link below to check it out before we are asked to take it down.

Plot: Set in a future-world where humans can control other humans in mass-scale, multi-player online gaming environments, a star player named Kable (Butler) from a game called "Slayers" looks to regain his freedom and escape the prison while taking down the game's twisted mastermind (Hall).

"Game" is written and directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, the duo behind "Crank" and "Crank 2: High Voltage." Their new movie is scheduled to hit theaters on September 4th.

WOW that's a new idea now that's an interesting new movie I like the trailer!

To much action may bring this interesting concept down unfortunately.. they better handle that in the rite way. Just b.c. this concept allows for literally 95% of the movie to be action.. doesnt mean thats the route they shud take.. it is actually the opposite of that

For someone with the screen name "Bond McClane 007" I would've pegged you for a guy with balls. The only direction to take this movie in is balls-to-the wall action. Stoked on this. The recent resurrection of 80s-esque action flicks is the greatest popcorn movie trend as of late.

Sick, King Leonidas is gonna kick Dexter's ass, even though Dexter rocks

As expected from the dynamic duo Neveldine/Taylor. They may never win an Oscar but they sure as hell can make for a bloody good trailer!

That. Looked. f*cking. SWEEEEEEEEEEET! Michael C. Hall, TV's biggest creeper, up on the big screen? Hell yeah! I love these new type of movies. Shoot Em' Up had the same type of appeal for me. I wonder if there will be any humor in this?

Well I guess it isn't a new type of genre, just a re-emergence.

'"Game" is written and directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, the duo behind "Crank" and "Crank 2: High Voltage."' That settles it. It is going to be one of the worst movies ever. Such a shame, as I really do like Hall(Butler got lucky with 300... he's not that great otherwise).

well you're going to love it or hate it that's for sure.

Ronsauce, if you didn't like Crank, then you should stop watching films for plots and watch them for fun..on another note, anyone ever read 'The Surrogates'?
BondMcClane007 writes:

yea stringer bell... u guessed right based on my tag but even so.. unless the movie is nice and condensed, every minute should not be action because nothing will stick out.. and besides the action in the trailer wasnt thaat amazing.. i dont wanna sit and watch 2hrs of "ok" action..
Ronsauce writes:

@akumavern: I do watch movies for fun...at least as much as I watch them for plot. The thing with Crank is it ONLY had action going for it, and the action even sucked. There was nothing redeeming about that movie. Crank 2 looks like it's in the same boat, and so does this.
RedHeadedStud writes:

yeah but how can you not think jason statham's at least a little bit entertaining and the same for Gerard Butler as well
Mattthoing writes:

Look good. But like someone once said, its might be too much as action-packed film but if you throw in the story behind it, you might have a classic on hand.
ACTIONFIGURE writes:

These two guys seem to just have fun with the movies they make...The concept is awesome and these two are big on action they just don't seem to big on that tiny detail called "a script" This has a bad ass vibe going on...as long as butler stays outta the leather dipaers, This could be kick ass.

I cannot wait to see this film...it looks well done on the action and come on the story has been done before but they are doing a whole new look to it. The action looks beautiful
