Entertainment Tonight visited the set of the upcoming Denzel Washington movie "Book of Eli," where they had the chance to speak to the cast and crew. In addition, we get a glimpse at a scene in which Washington faces off against Gary Oldman and his men.
In the movie, Washington will portray a lone hero in a not-too-distant apocalyptic future who must fight across America to bring society the knowledge that could be the key to its redemption. Oldman will portray the despot of a small makeshift town who's determined to take possession of the book Eli's guarding.
Allen and Albert Hughes (American Pimp, Dead Presidents, Menace II Society) are directing the post-apocalyptic drama, which is set to hit theaters on January 15th, 2010.
