THR is reporting that Alexandre Aja (The Hills Have Eyes, Mirrors) is set to direct "The Contractor" drama with Ian Jeffers rewriting the script and Alexandra Milchan (Mirrors) producing.
Story is set in a world where the US government can no longer afford to fight wars and authorizes private contractors to send a band of elite soldiers on missions around the world.
Jeffers recently wrote "The Grey" and rewrote "Castlevania" for Rogue and director Sylvain White.
Aja will tackle the project after he completes "Piranha 3-D" for Dimension Films.

whoa...i almost forgot castlevania was gonna be a movie...i still wanna do that zelda movie...even if somebody does it before me...my reason?...it's cuz my best friend looks like human link...well at least...better than the guy in the april fool's trailer and the other guy in the independent one they did...all he needs is elf ears, tunic, sword and shield, and the green hat of course...man just picturing that looks no different than what he looks like on the wii version except the wii version is like a cgi visual....shit...that does it...i'll take a picture of my friend as link and then you guys can tell me what you think....haha that rhymed
