Clint Eastwood (Gran Torino) recently revealed to GMTV that he is not planning to quit acting and directing any time soon. "I like taking it easy, I like golf and I like Budweiser," he said. "All that stuff is fine, but the main thing is I still like working, I think working keeps you young, I think it keeps your mind active. It's like exercising your body - exercising your brain. Both of them are synonymous."
Eastwood also talked about political correctness and how he thinks people are now forced to "walk on eggshells."
"When I grew up, people would kid themselves about everybody's... whatever race they were, whatever ethnic, religious groups they were. Everybody would joke about it and everybody got along just fine," he said. "But then we've come to this now where everybody has to be walking on eggshells - kind of very... sensitive."

I think the world of Clint Eastwood, he's one of the greatest actors in the history of film. However, I don't really understand all the whining that conservatives engage in over "political correctness." What is that he'd like to see? A movie making fun of African-Americans? Or Jews perhaps? I'd like to see if there is more context to this quote, because as it stands now, it seems fairly whiny and nonsensical.
