Entertainment Tonight will premiere the trailer for Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds" tonight, but for now, enjoy a twenty five-second preview of it. Come back later to see the full-length trailer.

"Inglourious Basterds" begins in German-occupied France, where Shosanna Dreyfus (Melanie Laurent) witnesses the execution of her family at the hand of Nazi Colonel Hans Landa (Christoph Waltz). Shosanna narrowly escapes and flees to Paris, where she forges a new identity as the owner and operator of a cinema.

Elsewhere in Europe, Lieutenant Aldo Raine (Brad Pitt) organizes a group of Jewish soldiers to engage in targeted acts of retribution. Known to their enemy as "The Basterds," Raine's squad joins German actress and undercover agent Bridget Von Hammersmark (Diane Kruger) on a mission to take down the leaders of The Third Reich. Fates converge under a cinema marquee, where Shosanna is poised to carry out a revenge plan of her own.

Sweet, love Pitt, don't mind Tarantino, some of his films are great and some just average, but watcheable. Looking foward to seeing the full trailer.

Of all the f***ing actors, why in the hell did Quentin pick Brad Pitt?!? He sounds horrible in the trailer, like a acting student in his first gig. I was so excited about this movie, but his inclusion, and this trailer, is giving me a horrible feeling.

kagai i agree...if this movie isn't a comedy movie then i for one won't be interested...cuz seeing acting like that...it's just not worth my money...besides...i don't think generals or seargants talk in so nice of a tone of voice...they usually shout...and angrily i might add

To Kagai, Tarantino didn't pick Pitt. The studio forced him to pick a major actor for the lead after GrindHouse bombed in theaters. Tarantino's original pick for lead actor was Michael Madsen.
