|
According to producer Chuck Roven, the sequel to "Get Smart" is currently in the script stages and will likely begin shooting next year. Both Tom J. Astle and Matt Ember have returned to write the "Get Smart 2" script.
"We're hopeful that we'll be able to get that into production in Spring of 2010," Roven told IESB, adding that the intention is to bring back Steve Carrell, Anne Hathaway and Alan Arkin. Warner Bros has already re-signed Segal to return for the sequel.
The first film was released last year earning $230 million in worldwide ticket sales on a $80 million budget.

Ei sillä, se ensimmäinenkin oli sen tason kuraa että heikompiakin hirvitti. Jatko-osaa ei tarvita, imo.

The first one was so utterly craptastic that we don't need a sequal to rape our faces. Again.
