Restricted "Black Dynamite" TrailerPosted: November 21st, 2008 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
|
A restricted trailer for the blaxploitation spoof comedy "Black Dynamite" has been released, featuring Michael Jai White (Spawn, The Dark Knight) as the title character.
Plot: This is the story of 1970's action legend Black Dynamite. When "The Man" murders his brother, pumps heroin into local orphanages, and floods the ghetto with adulterated malt liquor, Black Dynamite is the one hero willing to fight all the way from the blood-soaked city streets to the hallowed halls of the Honky House.
Check out the trailer below, but keep in mind that it is now safe for work since it features nudity and language. At this point "Black Dynamite" does not have a distributor or a release date.
Is this spoof comedy done right?

I know this is supposed to be a spoof or satire or whatever, but this looks like a real blaxploitaion film from the 70's, I was there, soo I know.

Damn you Tarantino!!!! I blame this on you, this is your fault. White is done, sorry. This might become a cult hit on disk but it looks like career suicide. And to think he was good as Mike Tyson. Spawn was even acceptable considering, but now I'm going to guess after seeing himself as a joke in the Dark Knight its all down hill for White.

THIS LOOKS FUNNY. I think it can't get distribution because people are scared there will be protest. Bump that...release it. If you can't laugh at yourself, you've got problems. And anyone who saw those movies from the 70's know that they were ridiculous.
